Beginning this week the Black AIDS Institute will provide a countdown until the federal health-insurance marketplace, Healthcare.gov, begins open enrollment so people can obtain insurance under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as Obamacare. There are 22 days until November 1, the first day of open enrollment.

During our hiatus we have been very busy, including designing a new masthead for the Black AIDS Weekly and starting a redesign on BlackAIDS.org. We look forward to finding out what you think of the new masthead and will keep you informed as the work on the website unfolds.
