AFRICAN AMERICAN HIV UNIVERSITY
Aimed at strengthening Black organizational and individual capacity to address the HIV/AIDS epidemic in their communities, the African American HIV University is the comprehensive training and capacity building fellowship program developed by the Black AIDS Institute.

BEYOND THE QUO
Beyond the Quo is an advocacy and educational network for Black gay men who are infected and affected by HIV. To accomplish these goals, BTQ utilizes a two pronged approach: online organizing and communication through social media, and ground level advocacy and engagement through a team of volunteers known as BTQ Officers.

positively 80 POSITIVELY OUT
Positively Out is a national initiative that encourages and affirms PLWHA individuals that have yet to disclose their HIV/AIDS status. Recognizing the difficulty around the disclosure process, Positively Out confronts the issues and barriers that PLWHA have to face such as stigma, criminalization, public deformation, discrimination, rejection, lack of support and limited access to positive networks.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT SUPPORT
The black AIDS Institute provides support to state and local health departments and agencies through the following programs: Stakeholder Engagement, Greater Than AIDS Mobilization, Persons Living with HIV/AIDS Mobilization Strategies, Men Who Have Sex with Men Initiative, Black Treatment Advocates Network, Local HIV Workforce Readiness Assessment.

training 80 TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING
Training and Capacity Building provides tools and training to Black-serving institutions, organizations, and individuals to help move the 512,000 African Americans living with HIV into viral suppression. Typical users of this service are community-based organizations, AIDS-service organizations and health departments, as well as traditional Black institutions such as faith-based institutions, civic and professional organizations, fraternities and sororities, social organizations, etc.
